
AIR TALENT
Executes and produces the format on the air, responsible for keeping traffic logs, transmitter readings, commercial production skills, and interacting with listening audience and clients in studio and/or on remote broadcast. Transmitter operations, knowledge operating production and studio equipment, strong voice and good diction. Any radio experience a plus, along with basic knowledge of radio equipment is helpful.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Executes programming for radio station, responsible for air staff, responsible for promotion and marketing strategy of station. Must be able to coach and train air staff, operate and understand music computer software, create compelling promotions, and keep a pulse on the radio market and listeners trends. At least five years on-air radio experience; music director/promotions director experience is helpful, and good people skills.
BOARD OPERATOR/PRODUCER
Executes the technical aspects of producing a live radio broadcast. Prior “live” radio experiences a plus, especially the knowledge of operating an on-air board. Comfortable in high-pressure job situations. Works well with others. Able to work unusual hours including some nights, holidays, and weekends are required.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The prospecting, selling, service, and maintenance of local sales accounts for multiple stations. Person would need to be a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with ability to process and articulate station/advertising perspectives resulting in advertising sales. Must have ability to adapt well to client personalities and needs.
PART-TIME PROMOTIONS
Primary job is setting up broadcast remotes. This position requires public relations skills. Any electronic knowledge is helpful. Radio experience not required but helpful along with an interest in pursuing a radio career.
